Somehow it feels so much better with the warm water trickling down the skin of my back, that I just can not make finishing with a cold shower a habit even though I have heard this shower technique has many benefits.
Fortune Magazine says cold showers are trending online. People are taking cold showers when they wake up because they improve the immune system, circulation and vitality. Research shows cold showers can also relieve symptoms of depression and clear your mind. The Rock takes cold showers and once tweeted; ''For context, I don’t like take freezing showers in the morning but it’s chilly and has a great “morning bite” to wake me up, clear cobwebs and get rollin’ with my day. Great for inflammation and metabolism too.''
