A New Diet Trend That Really Seems To Work
MSN says women are flocking to the Dollar Tree store for their prune juice. A Tik Tok content creator, named Ruth Kaufman, posted about how she drank the budget prune juice before losing weight. Women saw her video and immediately went to the Dollar Tree store in order to try to replicate her results. I had to check other sources to see if prune juice can actually help you lose weight. According to articles I read, we should all be making this juice part of our diet to shed those stubborn pounds. Prune juice is a great appetite suppressant, detoxifying agent, and colon cleanser. Prune juice also has fat-burning properties that can help you lose weight. Prune juice is known to help in regulating bowel movement, which helps eliminate wastes properly from your body. Eliminating waste puts less stress on your other organs of your body that flush out toxins and allows them to work on burning fat and producing energy. This all sounds very healthy to me!
I love to eat eat dried prunes because I think they are tasty. I usually stick to eating them on the weekends. In case I eat too many, I don’t want to be caught in an embarrassing situation! Prune juice works as a natural laxative as it is able to draw excess water in your body into the large intestine. This in turn stimulates bowel movement. My recommendation for trying this new diet trend is to wait until the weekend to try it, especially if you are not used to drinking even a small amount of prune juice. Can you imagine being stuck in traffic and not being able to go to the bathroom after drinking prune juice, or being at a work meeting and you got to go?
Keep in mind that juice alone is not the recommended best way to lose weight. Think about what food goes into your mouth and think about adding some sort of exercise into your daily routine.
