In case you missed this year’s Tony Awards that brought together the biggest stars on Broadway’s biggest night at Radio City Music Hall on Sunday night, I compiled a list so you can be in the know in your office kitchen chatter.
Tony Award Winners Special Highlights:
  • Last night, the stars of the stage had their big night at the Tony Awards ceremony.
  • The stage play “Hadestown” had a heavenly night at the show and picked up eight awards that included best new musical and a win for the best director who happened to be a female.
  • Elaine May, Santino Fontana, and Stephanie J. Block each won their first Tony Award while Bryan Cranston picked up his second Tony Award.
  • The special moment of the night went to Ali Stroker as she became the first actor in a wheelchair to win a Tony Award for her role in “Oklahoma!”
