McDonald’s Adult Happy Meals Spun Out Of Control
I do not know about you, but when I was a kid I wanted my mom to buy cereal based on the toy inside the box. We frequented a local pizzeria because they gave away collectable glasses when you purchased two large pies. I was also into Happy Meals because I like to collect the toys inside the meal box.
To bring you back to those childhood memories, McDonald’s came up with a nostalgic marketing ploy. McDonald’s now has Happy Meals for adults! These newly released meals have become such a hit that McDonald’s workers are quoted as saying “the new adult Happy Meals are killing me”. Yahoo says many McDonald’s workers are begging people to stop ordering their new “Adult Happy Meals.” Demand for the meals has spun out of control as frenzied customers try to get their hands on all of the collectible toys and packaging. The demand has reportedly been straining staff members and slowing down their productivity. Some McDonald’s employees have turned to TikTok to ask customers to calm down.
