Hip-hop/Pop Rock artist Machine Gun Kelly released a video on social media to let the world know that he’s getting a new documentary coming to Hulu called, “Machine Gun Kelly’s: Life In Pink.”

I personally don’t understand why everyone seems to dislike MGK since he’s been my favorite artist since 2011, but the distaste for him hasn’t stopped his success as a music ICON. When was the last time we saw someone go from being a rapper to rocker and gain massive success from the transition? Not only did he take over the Rock and Roll game for the past few years, but he recently announced that he’ll be going back into the hip-hop scene by releasing a new album at some point this year.

Machine Gun Kelly gets hated on over and over again, but he always seems to come out on top despite all the controversy that comes his way. You can hate him, but you have to accept that Colson “Machine Gun Kelly” Baker has become one of the biggest artists in the world today. As someone who was listening to every song he released on repeat before the A-List celebrity status, it’s hard not to be proud to see all his hard work paying off.

Machine Gun Kelly: Life In Pink releases at some point this summer on Hulu.
