Newest Fitness Trend Will Have You Acting Like an Animal at the Gym
It appears crossfit training just got a whole lot more fun! If you love animals or think you can act like an animal from time to time, then you are going to love this new fitness craze. These exercises are probably the ‘wildest’ thing anyone has ever heard of doing in a fitness class. The way I see it you can be your own trainer and do these exercises at home. You do not need any fancy equipment. As a matter of fact you do not need any equipment at all to feel it in your arms, chest, legs, and abs. By using your own body weight, and using all four of the limbs, it helps tone muscles throughout your entire body.
This exercise is kind of like a flow, but unlike yoga poses we are flowing from one animal to another. One moment you are hopping around like a bunny, nest you have your knuckles on the floor and your legs in a wide squat walking around like a gorilla.
Health clubs are offering Bunny Hop classes because they claim the hops burn more calories than other cardio exercises. It always keeps you coming back to the gym when you do not feel bored of doing the same routine day in and day out.
