Veterans Fundraiser Coming to Edison, NJ 8/17
I could not be prouder of my family and friends, or anyone who has served our country. It’s important to appreciate and be thankful for our Veterans. Our Vets have made personal sacrifices, risked their lives, and suffered physical and psychological hardships to serve their country. Supporting them is a way to honor and acknowledge their contributions.
On Saturday, August 17th we’ll be able to do that by attending the “End of Summer Bash Fundraiser for Veterans.” The event is presented by TTA Empire Inc., a leading community-driven organization supporting vets. The event raises critical funds and awareness for veterans in need across New Jersey.
End of Summer Bash Fundraiser for Veterans Details
The End of Summer Bash is a vibrant celebration of community spirit and charitable giving. Everyone will enjoy the live music, food vendors, and family-friendly activities, and will feature a special tribute to our nation’s heroes. It will take place at the Edison VFW from 12-5. Admission is free for those who served, with a sixty-dollar general admission.
All proceeds from the event will directly benefit TTA Empire’s first mission project, “HOMES4VETS.” The primary objective of this mission is to offer housing and relocation aid specifically tailored for homeless and disabled vets. TTA EMPIRE INC. is an IRS tax-exempt 501 c (3) nonprofit organization.
Timothy Awojobi, CEO and Founder of TTA Empire Inc. shared with me, “We are thrilled to invite everyone to join us for a day of fun and philanthropy at our ‘End of Summer Bash.’ This event is not only a celebration of summer’s end, but also an opportunity for our community to come together and support our veterans who have given so much for our country.”
According to the TTA Empire Inc. website, their mission is to “support veterans and their families by providing scholarships, programs, and funding for housing assistance/relocation, health/wellness programs, mental health assessments, peer engagement, and connections to community resources.”
