Ken Jennings Is Feeling The Pressure As He Temporarily Takes Over Hosting Duties
Jeopardy! super champ Ken Jennings is normally the expert at handling pressure, but that’s what he’ll be feeling when he temporarily takes over hosting duties following the death of longtime Jeopardy! host, Alex Trebek. He said it’s nerve-wracking to know the legacy and the size of the shoes you’re filling. Ken feels that nobody wants him there. Ken said, “We all want to see Alex there for 100 years in a perfect world and, you know, I really just wanted to do the best I could so as not to let him down and Jeopardy! viewers down, so I felt a lot of pressure.” Katie Couric is going to guest host Jeopardy. She is going to do an entire week sometime this year.
The Fox drama “Prodigal Son” is returning for a second season and adding Catherine Zeta-Jones to the cast. The Oscar winner will be playing Dr. Vivian Capshaw and will be a challenge for leading man Dr. Martin Whitly, played by Michael Sheen.
Peacock has given details on the upcoming reboot of Punky Brewster. They have released the new cast’s pics and have revealed that the show will premiere on February 25th. There will be 10 episodes, and all ten will drop at the same time. Soleil Moon Frye and Cherie Johnson are coming back for the show, and Freddy Prinze Jr. will also join the cast.
