WEEK 5 DONE! Cross Fit 103
One week left of the 6 week challenge at Cross Fit 103! In the past few days I started to notice my pants were constantly falling down, and for the first time I am able to say that I am down a belt size! WOOOHOOO! My friends and family have noticed the difference as well and they are shocked to see I have made a changed within just a few weeks. Now I’m not going to lie, this past weekend I slipped up a little on my diet because it was my Mothers birthday & the yummy looking food and adult beverages were looking at me and I caved. (I’M SO MAD AT MYSELF!) But today was a new day and I’m right back to it. I got my butt up at 5:15 am to make my 6:00 am class and I gave it my all. My health and fitness has never been a priority in my life but I’m so dedicated to changing that! Yes this is a 6 week challenge, but I’m looking forward to to making a change with Cross Fit for years to come!
