Former Eagles Guitarist Coming to Jersey
Former Eagles Guitarist Don Felder, who co-wrote “Hotel California,” left the band in 2001 and began his solo career. Since then he’s performed in New Jersey several times and recorded solo albums including “American Rock ’N’ Roll” which includes guest appearances and performances by Sammy Hagar, who sings on “Rock You,” Slash, who plays a guitar solo on “American Rock ’N’ Roll,” Former Bon Jovi Guitartist, Jersey’s own Richie Sambora, and Orianthi, who both play guitar on “Limelight,” Peter Frampton, with guitar and vocals “The Way Things Have to Be,” Joe Satriani, guitar solo on “Rock You,” Mick Fleetwood and Chad Smith both drum on “American Rock ’N’ Roll,” Bob Weir sings on “Rock You,” David Paich plays keyboards on “Hearts on Fire,” and piano on “The Way Things Have to Be,” Steve Porcaro plays keyboards on “Falling in Love,” and Alex Lifeson contributes acoustic and electric guitar on “Charmed.”
Don Felder will be performing at the “Rock, Ribs & Ridges Festival” at the Sussex County Fairgrounds in Augusta. Reserved seats are $95 and includes single-day admission, to $265 which includes a weekend pass. Lawn seats are $55 and include a single day admission to $155 which include a weekend pass.
