Tarot Tuesday: September 22, 2020
Hello, this is Debra from Golden Bee Tarot and Reiki. Welcome to the September 22nd edition of Tarot Tuesday!
This week we are receiving our guidance from the Everyday Witch Tarot by Deborah Blake.
Take a moment and close your eyes. Breathe in deeply, then slowly exhale. Now open your eyes and focus on the cards. Choose the one you feel most drawn to, or perhaps two cards for deeper insight. Now that you’ve chosen your card, it’s time for the reveal!
1. Five of Swords: The ongoing Mars retrograde has many feeling cranky and combative. You may find yourself, or others, behaving aggressively or spoiling for a fight. Before you land yourself in hot water, take a step back and breathe. Ask yourself if the situation truly warrants such a heavy hand. Most likely you will find that the anger is displaced. Time to dial it back. It’s better to walk away from a tense situation than permanently damage a close relationship.
2. Knight of Cups: This week you may find yourself with your head in the clouds, chasing after pie in the sky dreams. Everything in life looks tempting when viewed through rose colored glasses. Check yourself before you fall too deeply down the rabbit hole of your fantasy. What seems like a grand plan on the surface may not hold up under closer scrutiny and you could find yourself wasting time on an impractical scheme. Follow your heart, but don’t forget to take your brain with you.
3. Ten of Wands: This week may feel like one long uphill battle with no end in sight. The burden of your duties weighs heavily and you may find yourself struggling to keep up with everything that needs to be done. This is not the time to play the martyr. Lay down whatever you’re holding and ask yourself if you really need to shoulder it all on your own. The best way to lighten your load will be to delegate some of the responsibility so you can concentrate on the things that matter most to you.
