Whiten Your Teeth With Home Remedies Found On TikTok
Have you ever tried to whiten your teeth with baking soda or peroxide? I have tried both of those home remedies in hopes to get amazingly white teeth. I have even tried coconut oil because I heard that coconut oil pulls the stains off of teeth. I have yet to find a home remedy that works overnight.
There is a new trend is emerging on Tik-Tok called Teeth-Tok. People are posting videos of themselves attempting to whiten their teeth with homemade remedies such as hydrogen peroxide, industrial grade surface cleaner, lemon juice and Mr. Clean Magic Erasers.

Cosmetic dentist Sam Jethwa says, “Many of the so-called ‘Teethtok’ trends that I’ve seen on TikTok are extremely damaging to teeth and consequently I would strongly advise against them. The DIY home whitening hacks pose huge risks to the teeth enamel, which once it’s eroded, doesn’t repair itself as well as of course our health in general. This is definitely another home hack to avoid.”
