Somerset Patriots Announce Marvel-Themed Games For 2023

The Somerset Patriots, the New York Yankees Double-A affiliate, will host three Marvel-themed games at TD Bank Ballpark in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

The Patriots will host the following events to entertain baseball and comic book fans at the ballpark during the 2023 season:

  • Marvel’s Defenders of the Diamond Night
    • Friday, June 23rd – 7:05pm
    • Somerset Patriots vs. New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Toronto Blue Jays)
  • Marvel Super Hero Night
    • Sunday, July 9th – 1:05pm
    • featuring a character appearance by Black Panther
    • Somerset Patriots vs. Reading Fightin Phils (Philadelphia Phillies)
  • Marvel Super Hero Night
    • Saturday, August 12th – 7:05pm
    • featuring a character appearance by Spider-Man
    • Somerset Patriots vs. Binghamton Rumble Ponies (New York Mets)

Patriots players and coaches will wear brand-new custom jerseys and hats with the team’s alternate logo created by Marvel artists during all three themed games. Additional information will be announced leading into each of the Marvel-themed games.
