The Purrfect Game For Cat Lovers

If you’ve been looking for the purrfect game that balances managing and taking care of your feline companions, well look no further as we look forward to Cat Café Manager….

Kitty Corner and Kennel Club

If you’ve been looking for the purrfect game that balances managing and taking care of your feline companions, well look no further as we look forward to Cat Café Manager. This 2D Management Game coming from Roost Games see’s the player in charge of owning and operating your grandmother’s old Cat Café in a fairly remote town.

Though there does seem to be more challenges besides operating the café as you get to personally customize your location. You’re also in charge of adopting, caring for and befriending the local cats. However, there may be more to this game than meets the eye as seen in one of the trailers on their Steam page.

Besides our Café we appear to be reconstructing a mushroom shrine thanks to the help of a talking cat named Grimalkin, which when translated means cat. Perhaps we will see some witchcraft/magic elements as the name Grimalkin was associated with magic with several older books being published with this story element in mind.

Of course there is also a colorful cast of characters that aren’t cats as well, each with their own story and friendship ready for the player to explore in the town of Caterwaul Way.

Though feline lovers will have to wait until the official release next week on April 14th when the game goes public across PC and the Nintendo Switch. For more information regarding Roost Games or Cat Café Manager check out their Steam Page by Clicking Here.

Netflix has launched a new category, Short-A-- Movies, inspired by Pete Davidson’s Saturday Night Live latest sketch over the weekend (April 2).  The comedian rapped about his preference for a "short a-- movie" with Chris Redd, musical guest Gunna and actor Simon Rex about films he considered to be unnecessarily long.  "A really short movie. Like, at most, an hour 40 [mins]," Davidson said about the peak movie time. “‘Cause I’m a simple man with no attention span."

Netflix has since added the section, with wide-ranging genres, from horror movies like the 2022 Texas Chainsaw Massacre and 1997's Anaconda to more feel-good movies like Macauley Caulkin's Richie Rich (1994) and 2012's ultimate party movie, Project X. Take a look of our favorites from the "Short A-- Movies" section below:
