Disney continues to stay committed to its live-action remakes, and this time it’s Mulan that is getting the treatment.
The teaser trailer for the remake of the 1998 animated film dropped Sunday during the Women’s World Cup, much to fans excitement. It follows in the footsteps of Disney’s other animated-turned-live-action films like Aladdin, Dumbo, The Lion King and the just-announced version of The Little Mermaid.
The film, which features stunning visuals, will be directed by Niki Caro and will star Pei Pei Cheng and Liu Yifei. It’s currently slated for a March 2020 release.
