Debbie’s On The Verge with Randy Hoffman

Randy Hoffman checked in with Debbie Mazella to discuss his 4th solo album, "Interrupted Swallow."   This interview covered the meaning behind the March 4th release date, and Randy took Debbie on a deep dive behind the inspiration for some of the songs.   There's a cat connection here as well, as Randy's wife Michele runs Milo's Sanctuary in CA, and Debbie visited there and met some of the cats on her last trip to LA. From Randy: This album is dedicated to my good friend Zak Nilsson (the eldest son of Harry Nilsson), who passed away from cancer on March 4, 2021. We first met in 1995 when he was living in New Hampshire and we remained best of friends through the end of his life. We were even musical buddies before, during, and after we were members of John Wicks and the Records (Zak was our drummer). We recorded a lot of demos together, recited a lot of Monty Python skits, and laughed more than humanly possible most of the time. I miss him. More From Randy Bandcamp Facebook Youtube Milo's Sanctuary Randy is the Treasurer of Milo's Sanctuary And Special needs cat rescue. He and his wife Michele, The President and Founder, believe that all cats deserve a second chance at life. This is especially true for those with physical disabilities, seniors, those with terminal illness, and those who suffered from abuse.  They offer a Lifetime Care Program for cats that cannot be rehomed.
