- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- a slice of apple, as garnish
- Pour the vodka, cloudy apple juice, lemon juice and maple syrup in an ice-filled shaker. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold.

Screwdriver
This one is a classic and an all-time party fave!
What you need:
- 1 large or 2 small oranges
- 1 clementine
- 50ml of vodka
- a dash of Angostura bitters
- handful of ice cubes
- wedge of orange to garnish
First, you will want to squeeze the juice from the oranges and clementine and set aside. Next, put a handful of ice cubes into a tall glass and pour the vodka over it. You will then pour the fruit juices over the vodka. Then, stir gently to combine all ingredients. Add the Angostura bitters and a wedge of orange to garnish and you have the perfect Screwdriver cocktail!
Sherry Cobbler
A drink that dates back all the way to the 1800’s!
What you need:
- 1 orange wedge
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 piece of fresh pineapple
- 35 ml of oloroso sherry
- 15 ml of sherry
- 1 teaspoon of sugar syrup or maraschino liquor
- ice
To start, put the fruit in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and crush it with a muddler or the end of a bar spoon to release some of the juice. Add the sherry and sugar syrup if you are using. Next, fill the shaker with ice and shake hard. This will extract more juices from the fruit which will dilute the drink. Then, strain into a highball glass, filled with fresh ice and to top it off, garnish with a slice of orange or lemon and a piece of pineapple.
