Embrace Kids Foundation in New Brunswick helps kids suffering with catastrophic illness and their families with emotional and financial support.
Embrace Kids 047__1600WThe RU community has raised millions of dollars for the foundation through the Rutgers University Dance Marathon.  Maggie talks about that partnership and the work of the Embrace Kids Foundation with Executive Director Glenn Jenkins and Darcy Reynolds, a student leader of the Rutgers Dance Marathon.

Embrace Kids Foundation exists to lighten the burden, maintain normalcy and improve the quality of life for families whose children are facing cancer, sickle cell and other serious health challenges. Embrace Kids addresses the spiritual, emotional and financial needs of patient families in the New Jersey/New York City metropolitan area.

RU Dance Marathon - Rutgers University | Division of Student Affairs - New Brunswick

Rutgers University Dance Marathon (RUDM) is the largest, student-run philanthropic event in New Jersey. RUDM's mission is to provide emotional and financial support for children who are a part of Embrace Kids Foundation. RUDM participants dance to help raise funds and awareness that goes towards Embrace Kids Foundation's mission to support the non-medical needs of children with cancer, sickle cell, and other serious disorders.
