Fresh off the heels of hosting the People’s Choice Awards, Demi Lovato is showing off her new, drastic transition. The singer initially teased her new haircut by showing the shaved back of her head. She wrote, “I did a thing.”

She then showed the front of her new cut and color and gave details about who helped her with the look. In the photos, she paired the do with silver hoops and a black leather jacket.

She received lots of love under her pics from celebrities like Kerry Washington, Ashley Graham, Ruby Rose, Gabrielle Union, Lisa Rinna, Lucy Hale, and Scooter Braun.
