Taylor Swift Gave Incredibly Generous Bonuses To Her Touring Crew
Taylor Swift wrapped her “The Eras Tour” on Sunday night (12/8) with her final show at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver. The tour has made a whopping $2,077,618,725 in total tickets, making it the bestselling tour of all time.
People Magazine reports that Swift awarded her band and crew very generously, paying a reported $197 million in bonuses (In the last two years) to everyone working on her tour. That includes truck drivers, caterers, instrument techs, merch team, lighting, sound, production staff and assistants, carpenters, dancers, band, security, choreographers, pyrotechnics, riggers, hair, make-up, wardrobe, physical therapists, and her video team.
When she wrapped the first North American leg of the tour, she had given out more than $55 million in bonuses.
At her final show, she told the soldout crowd of Canadians and others who traveled to be at the show, “We have toured the entire world. We have had so many adventures. It has been the most exciting, powerful, electrifying, intense, most challenging thing I’ve ever done in my entire life.”
Later before her last performance of the night and taking her final bow, Swift told the crowd: “I want to thank every single one of you for being a part of the most thrilling chapter of my entire life to date — my beloved Eras Tour.”

Meanwhile, Swift scored big with its accompanying Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Book, which sold a reported 814,000 copies in its first two days, making it the most successful publishing launch of the year. However, the book was not without its problems.
Taylor has plenty to look forward to in 2025. The 14-time GRAMMY winner is up for six more awards at the award show, including album of the year for TTPD.
In October, Swift donated $5 million towards Hurricane relief efforts for Hurricane Helene and Milton.
Hurricane Helene caused severe damage across Florida and into North Carolina and was then followed by Hurricane Milton merely days later before relief efforts could really get underway. This money will go a long way towards repairing damaged towns and infrastructure in the areas that were badly hit.
Non-profit organization Feeding America released a statement from CEO Babineaux-Fontenot at the time saying, “We’re incredibly grateful to Taylor Swift for her generous $5 million donation to Hurricanes Helene and Milton relief efforts. This contribution will help communities rebuild and recover, providing essential food, clean water, and supplies to people affected by these devastating storms. Together, we can make a real impact in supporting families as they navigate the challenges ahead. Thank you, Taylor, for standing with us in the movement to end hunger and for helping communities in need.”
