Berry and Walhberg weren’t the only Hollywood stars to walk the streets of New Jersey as of late. Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni were spotted in New Jersey for the filming of the movie adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s novel It Ends with Us. Per Hoboken Girl, Lively, and Baldoni started filming in the Garden State in Hoboken and Bloomfield on May 10th.
The Patch reported that Hoboken’s Field Colony art gallery was transformed into “Maya & Maxim, a homey-looking shop.” In the novel, Lily (Lively) opens a flower shop called Lily’s Blooms. However, it is unclear at this time what the “Maya & Maxim” shop will play in the film.
The synopsis of the film reads: “A girl named Lily who has just moved and is ready to start her life after college. After meeting a doctor named Ryle — who swears by the ‘no girlfriends’ rule — the two begin falling for each other. Just as things turn serious, Lily’s first love, Atlas, reappears in her life and challenges her new relationship.”
Release dates for both films have yet to be announced.
