Many people love to travel for attractions because it’s all about seeking excitement and new adventures. Whether exploring stunning natural wonders, uncovering fascinating historical sites, or indulging in delicious cuisines, attractions evoke our senses and spark our curiosity. They offer a chance to experience diverse cultures, learn, and make lasting memories. And let us not forget the obvious reason here; they’re fun and entertaining.

Travel Lemming, an online travel guide with over 10 million annual readers, released its annual summer list of 150 best things to do in the USA. Each year, the site’s team of two dozen writers and editors handpicks the list to highlight the USA’s many hidden gems. The annual list aims to help Americans discover unique attractions around the country and in their own backyards.

A diverse array of attractions made the article’s Top 10 designation, including a wild animal sanctuary in Colorado, a Bavarian Village in Washington, and the world’s largest musical instrument in Virginia.

3 New Jersey attractions have been named among the 150 best things to do in the U.S.

The New Jersey Lottery Festival of Ballooning shines in the Top 20 at #7. The site suggested checking out the largest summertime hot air balloon and music festival in North America, full of live music performances and family-friendly fun. Falling lower on their list is the Bolero Snort Brewery in Carlstadt at #142, where you can enjoy a wide variety of ice-cold beers. Meanwhile, following close behind at #145 is Mutiny BBQ Company in Asbury Park. The article mentioned that deeming any place the best barbecue is a bold statement. However, they said Mutiny BBQ Company is well-deserving of that title.

Which other attractions made the list across the United States? Explore the full lineup here.
