Holiday Shows and Movies: What To Stream This Month
With Thanksgiving a week away and Christmas quickly following, you might want to start figuring out what you and your family want to watch, as far as holiday programing. And Netflix, Hulu and Amazon have some great new movies and TV shows for the holidays.
Netflix shares new holiday classics this month:
- Dolly Parton Christmas On The Square, an original musical directed by Debbie Allen and featuring Dolly as an angel.
- The Crown’s fourth season premiered this week with Gillian Anderson as Margaret Thatcher and Emma Corrin as Princess Diana.
- The App That Stole Christmas
- Christmas Chronicles 2 starring Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn and Santa and Mrs. Claus.
- Pharrell’s new choir competition called Voices Of Fire
Hulu added a couple Christas movies on November 15, 2020
- 12 Pups of Christmas (2019)
- A Christmas Movie Christmas (2019)
- Christmas Crush (2019)
Amazon Prime have a couple new original Christmas specials for 2020 and they are showing some classics this month:
- Creative Galaxy Holiday Special, Prime Original Series (Special)
- Pete the Cat Holiday Special, Prime Original Series (Special)
- It’s A Wonderful Life
- Christmas with the Kranks (2004)
- Mr. Bean’s Holiday (2007)
Nancy Brooks has been working in the country music industry for almost 30 years. She has interviewed pretty much any country star you can think of.
