Kelly Clarkson’s Ex Husband Responds To Her Divorce Petition
Us Weekly is reporting some new details of Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock’s divorce. According to court documents they’ve obtained, the pair are on the same page. “Both Clarkson and Blackstock are seeking legal and joint physical custody of their two kids.”
They also both listed their date of separation as “to be determined” on their petitions.
US Weekly adds that in her divorce filing, Kelly has asked the court to deny any request for spousal support for Blackstock. She also asked the judge to enforce their prenuptial agreement. Blackstock, who works with his ex on The Kelly Clarkson Show, checked “other” on the spousal support box on his petition and listed “reserved.”
The news of Kelly and Brandon’s divorce went public on June 11.
