As stigma around talking about breast cancer publically faded away, the topic started to make its way onto our television sets. Here are five shows that tackled breast cancer.

An amazing comedy written by best friends about best friends, its third season chronicled a breast cancer diagnosis for Emma (Jessica St. Clair) that’s actually based on St. Clair’s real-life diagnosis. Breast cancer wasn’t just addressed honestly, it was addressed with humor.
