Fall is one of my favorite seasons, it also just so happens to be one of the busiest seasons when it comes to births right alongside summer. However, this list is good for any time of the year as you can get some delicious food and drinks for your birthday for free!

While most of these places do require you to be a rewards member of some kind it’s still nice to know that even if you don’t have a cake with candles, you can still take advantage of these free items that you can get on your birthday.

• 1. Starbucks & Dunkin Donuts

  That morning drink is vital to the start of anybody’s day, especially for us in New Jersey, which is why you can get a free any-sized drink at these locations on your birthday as long as you’re a rewards member. So, if you wake up on the wrong side of the bed on your special day, why not make it right by treating yourself?

• 2. Jersey Mikes, Firehouse Subs

  Whether or not you call it a sub or a hero, Jersey Mikes and Firehouse Subs offer their members a free sandwich. For their birthday so have fun and chow down on your favorite combination maybe even New Jersey’s favorite pork roll. Of course, now the only question that remains is if you want it toasted or not.

• 3. Buffalo Wild Wings

  With football season in full swing why not head out to a place where you can have it all for your birthday, especially because Buffalo Wild Wings offers a free half dozen wings of your choice for your birthday? Better yet the offer is valid for your entire month, so even if you can’t go on the day, you can still get your reward. 

• 4. Nothing Bundt Cakes

  Now here is a way to get your cake and eat it too as you can get your very own mini-Bundt Cake. I am a sucker for anything sweet so this is an offer I personally may not be able to refuse, though it is nice knowing that even if you don’t have a cake for whatever reason, you can still get a mini-Bundt cake for the low, low price of free. 

• 5. Krispy Kreme

  To go along with our first item on the list Krispy Kream is going above and beyond to offer a free dozen glazed donuts to members on their birthday. I know growing up I always loved when I would get a box of donuts as a special little threat so this just sends me down memory lane. It’s certainly one of the many items on this list that I’ll personally be keeping an eye on. 

• 6. Red Robbin

  Now for those that know me burgers are my all-time favorite food so hearing that you can get a free burger at Red Robin on your birthday. It has me checking the calendar so I can cross off the days till my birthday. The only problem is will one burger be enough to which the answer is a resounding no. 

• 7. Panera Bread

  If you’re looking for a sweeter taste on your birthday Panera might be the place for you as they offer the choice of one free bakery item to help you celebrate your special day. I like this because it gives variety with the choice so you can really customize your birthday gift to your liking. 

• 8. BJ’s

  Now I’ve never had a Pizookie so I can’t really tell you what it tastes like, but BJ’s is offer a free pizookie on your birthday, but a dessert pizza? What could possibly go wrong, though I certainly prefer my pizza with cheese and tomato sauce. 

• 9. Häagen-dazs

  Last but not least is some good old-fashioned Ice Cream for your birthday where Häagen-dazs offers a miniature ice cream of your choice for that special day.  

  Honestly, you couldn’t go wrong with any of these choices as it’s your birthday and you should try your best to celebrate it away from whatever craziness may come. Keep an eye out for more of our lists of things you might want to check out.
