Jennifer Aniston Is ‘So Over Cancel Culture’
Jennifer Aniston attends the Los Angeles Premiere Of Netflix's "Murder Mystery 2" at Regency Village Theatre on March 28, 2023 in Los Angeles, California.
Jennifer Aniston is “so over cancel culture.” In a new cover story for Wall Street Journal Magazine, The Morning Show star, 54, told the publication she “probably just got canceled by saying that.” The actress questioned what “cancel culture” means, asking, “Is there no redemption? I don’t know. I don’t put everybody in the Harvey Weinstein basket.”
Aniston went on to say that while she was not personally harassed by the film producer and convicted sex offender, she did not have pleasant experiences with him. Weinstein is currently serving 39 years in prison, having been convicted in both New York and Los Angeles for rape and sexual assault. The Friends alum recalled a time Weinstein came to visit her on a movie set to pitch her a movie. She ended up having a person present with her in her trailer for her safety. Weinstein told the publication that Aniston “never had any uncomfortable instances” with him.

Earlier this month, Aniston faced criticism over allegedly liking Jamie Foxx’s Instagram post, which was called antisemitic by people online. Foxx ended up deleting the post, and both he and Aniston issued separate statements explaining that they never meant to offend the Jewish community. Aniston wrote on her Instagram Stories at the time: “This really makes me sick. I did not ‘like’ this post on purpose or by accident. And more importantly, I want to be clear to my friends and anyone hurt by this showing up in their feed — I do NOT support any type of antisemitism. And I truly don’t tolerate HATE of any kind. Period.” With Aniston’s latest feature for WSJ Magazine, people on Twitter called her out for trying to cancel Foxx.
Season three of Aniston’s Apple television series is set to return on September 13. The Morning Show, ironically enough, tracks the fallout of a broadcast morning news program after Aniston’s male co-anchor, Mitch Kessler (Steve Carell), is kicked off the show following allegations of sexual misconduct. The award-winning series explores various perspectives of the #MeToo movement.
These Celebrities Have February Birthdays
February may be the shortest month of the year with just 28 days (29 on a leap year), but there are plenty of celebrities born in the second month of the year! People born in February are either Aquarius (born between February 1 and 18) or Pisces (February 19 to 28/29). Unique, highly intellectual, and creative, Aquarius can be an enigma to others but never to themselves. Air sign Aquarius is represented by the water bearer, the mystical healer who bestows water, or life, upon the land. They are the last of the air signs, and of all the zodiac signs, Aquarius is the most innovative, progressive, rebellious, and humanitarian. Aquariuses are known to be intellectual and curious, often interested in conspiracy theories and out-of-this-world thoughts.
Aquarius is ruled by Uranus, the planet that governs innovation, technology, and surprising events. This perfectly complements Aquarius’ nontraditional nature. Aquarius also have a reputation for being cold and detached, sometimes so focused on their plans that they neglect their family and friends. Even though Aquarius can let the present slip away from them, their free-spirited and eccentric personalities make them so charismatic.
Meanwhile, February Pisces are typically the most stereotypical Pisces. Since February-born Pisceans are ruled purely by Neptune, they tend to embody those dreamlike and creative qualities. This can be both a strength and weakness, making Pisces born in February natural creatives who excel at channeling their deep feelings into meaningful works of art. Regardless, Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac, making it the most wise and psychic of all the other signs. There is much to be learned by Pisces, who tend to live half in a dream state. Represented by two fish swimming in opposite directions, the constant division of Pisces’s attention between fantasy and reality is seen as this yin-yang symbol.
It is no surprise that many talented actors and musicians are born in the month of February. See below which of your favorite stars have a February birthday!
