Khloe Kardashian Threatens Lawsuit To Tristan’s Paternity Test Accuser
Khloe Kardashian has had enough from a woman who is claiming that Tristan Thompson is her “baby daddy,” so she is threatening to sue the woman if she doesn’t stop.
According to gossip website TMZ, Khloe’s attorney, Lynda Goldman, sent a cease-and-desist letter yesterday to Tristan’s paternity accuser, Kimberly Alexander, calling her out for recently admitting to faking DM’s from Khloe.
The legal documents obtained by TMZ reads, “You put words in her mouth that she never said and that she wouldn’t say. You faked the whole thing. And you have now publicly admitted it.”
Goldman laid out a timeline, saying Alexander’s son was seven at the time she asked Thompson for a paternity test — which he took twice — with the results showing that he was not the father. Goldman also addresses Alexander’s past claim that the lab that did the test was a “Kardashian affiliated facility,” saying, “It is no such thing. It is one of the most reputable labs in the country, and your own lawyers approved it and accepted the test results.”
This marks the second cease-and-desist letter Khloe sent to Alexander, the gossip site reports. Khloe and Tristan’s attorney, Marty Singer, sent a legal threat last May claiming Tristan took a paternity test at a reputable lab approved by both parties that proved he’s not the father.
In Tuesday’s legal threat, Khloe’s lawyer claims Alexander refuses to accept the paternity results and instead keeps harassing Khloe. Khloe’s demanding Alexander to stop defaming her and harassing her on social media and elsewhere, or she will face a lawsuit like the one Tristan filed against her last month.
Thompson is suing Alexander for $100,000 in damages plus additional costs, claiming her allegations seriously hurt his reputation. In the documents, Tristan says he’s a proud, loving and providing father to two children, and he claims Alexander’s false accusations potentially cost him endorsement deals because companies and brands viewed him as a troubled athlete. Thompson insists that if Alexander’s child was his he would have taken his parental duties seriously, but he claims a paternity test proved he’s not. Tristan has acknowledged he had sex with Alexander, but says it was years before she alleges and before he was dating Khloe.
