Harry Styles’s Grammy Performance ‘Watermelon Sugar’ Is Already Legendary
Harry Styles’ opening performance for this year’s Grammys was like strawberries on a summer evening.
He opened the 63rd Annual Grammys Awards with his 2019 song, “Watermelon Sugar,” Dressed to the nines with an open leather jacket with matching leather pants, wrapped with a green feather boa.
His slowed-down, jazzy performance featured an eight-piece band and Devonté Hynes, an indie artist known as Blood Orange.
The former One Direction singer later went on to win his first Grammy –solo– for Best Pop Solo Performance with the same song.
