The Immaculate Conception Church Carnival is around all week June 11th to the 15th from 6pm to 11pm at 23 Manalapan Road in Spotswood. Admission is free of charge.
The event will feature rides and games of chance for all ages, a beer garden, a food pavilion with specials, carnival treats including zeppole, ice cream, funnel cakes and fried Oreos. Live nightly entertainment featuring, local bands dance performances, and Magic 98.3-FM radio station providing music, trivia, and games 6-9 p.m. June 12th. The winner of the Big-Bucks Raffle ($100 per ticket, only 3,000 sold) will be drawn June 15th, winner need not be present. Barbecued ribs and steamed clams will be served every night. The carnival will feature an Ultimate Hot Wings Challenge on June 15, sample-tasting passes will be sold, wing entries will be judged, and a trophy will be awarded to the best hot wings.
Bracelet Nights are set for June 12-15 — pay one price and ride all night. Mega wristbands will be offered— pay one price and ride all week, tickets will be sold after Sunday Masses at Immaculate Conception Church prior to carnival week.
Alumni Night is June 15 — all Immaculate Conception graduates are invited to reunite with friends.
A fireworks extravaganza is set for June 15 after dark.
