I usually drink a tea to calm me down and make me sleepy before heading up to bed.  It seems like we have a totally different option to relax us at night. Post is launching a nighttime cereal. That's right, a cereal to help aid us in sleeping!

The new Sweet Dreams cereal is the first ready-to-eat cereal designed to be part of a healthy sleep routine while satisfying those nighttime food cravings.

Sweet Dreams cereal debuts in Blueberry Midnight and Honey Moonglow flavors and both are full of a nighttime herbal blend, vitamins and minerals including Zinc, Folic Acid and B vitamins to support natural melatonin production. Blueberry Midnight features the natural flavors of blueberry, lavender, and chamomile. Honey Moonglow contains notes of honey, vanilla, lavender, and chamomile. The cereal is available now in the cereal aisle at grocery stores nationwide.
