Keanu Reeves Has Hilarious Cameo in New ‘SpongeBob SquarePants’ Movie
Keanu Reeves is maintaining his titles of “The Internet’s Boyfriend” thanks to his cameo in the new SpongeBob SquarePants movie called The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run.
Reeves appears in the film as a spiritual figure inside of a tumbleweed who refers to himself as “Sage,” because he’s made of sage, because who can really make any of this up?
As for the film itself, the first-ever all CGO SpongeBob movie finds our favorite sponge on a mission with BFF Patrick to find beloved pet snail, Gary, who’s been snail-napped.
The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run hits theaters May 22, 2020.
