Sheila’s current role is the Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing officer for Penn Medicine Princeton Health. She is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of nursing. As a new member of Penn Medicine-Princeton Health Leadership, Sheila brings years of experience and innovation to her role. She has her bachelors’ degree of nursing, master’s degree in nursing education and PhD in Healthcare Administration.

I have been at Princeton for 13 years, first as a staff nurse, then the last 8 years as the clinical nurse leader and perinatal risk nurse. I have my MSN and am working on my DNP. I also teach for Rutgers University and Raritan Valley Community College. I was selected for the educational advisory committee for the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal nursing
