9am: Dear Evan Hansen

The Washington Post declared this musical “one of the most remarkable shows in musical theater history”. Dear Evan Hansen, is a musical from the point of view of both parents and young people. This is the first musical that is like this. The musical is about this high school student Evan Hansen who has not been able to fit in. He is finally able to get his chance to do so and what happens after is funny but also powerful. This musical shows we can find ourselves and each other. The musical includes some of the most iconic theatre songs of the last decade. It features an uplifting score by the Tony, Grammy and Oscar-winning team behind the Greatest Showman and La La Land, Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, and a book by Tony Award winner Steven Levenson.
