There are lots of great shows coming to the PNC Bank Arts Center this 2024 concert season. Featuring plenty of rock, both old and new, as well as an endless parade of returning artists, this year is set to be one of the biggest years PNC has had in a long time.
Jane Foderago says The Garden State Arts Center opened on June 12, 1968, with a program featuring pianist Van Cliburn, conductor Eugene Ormandy, and the Philadelphia Orchestra. The Arts Center was operated in conjunction with the New Jersey Highway Authority, which also ran the Parkway.
The PNC Bank Arts Center is the home of the Summer’s biggest shows. Historically, they have had everyone from Black Sabbath to Slayer, Jimmy Buffet to Bob Seger, 50 Cent to Snoop Dogg, and Pitbull to Maroon 5. This year looks to be no different, with 40 shows spanning June through September.
Highlights of the Summer are artists like Jason Aldean, Hardy, Staind, Dave Matthews Band, Sammy Hagar, and Limp Bizkit. But that is just the tip of the iceberg. Read on below to see the full lineup of shows hitting Exit 116 and taking Holmdel by storm!
Enjoy the music & the summer. We’ll see you there.
