It’s the time to appreciate our fathers and everything they are doing and have done for us. My dad was a D.I.Y. dad, meaning he got me started but wanted me to figure it out for myself. He would say, “here’s how you start the lawn mower, now mow the lawn.” Not Your Father’s Root Beer conducted a survey and found that that 30% of people say their father taught them how to cook, 25% say their father taught them how to clean, 30% learned how to manage money from their dad, and 14% had their first beer with Daddy.
