The Middlesex county municipal division will hold a workshop for newly licensed teenage drivers and their parents on Monday, Oct. 22 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Woodbridge Public Library, and will provide participants with information on the role of the municipal courts in resolving traffic cases and encourage safe and responsible driving among teenage drivers.
