The 6th Annual FNA 5K will take place on September 22nd at Thompson Park in Monroe Township.  Proceeds from this year’s event will be dedicated to the Medical Trust Fund of Jake and Ben Swomiak as well as Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy (PPMD). Jake is 13 and is a 7th grader at Millstone Township Middle School, his brother, Ben, is 11 and attends the Millstone Township Elementary School.

The 1 mile Fun Walk begins at 10:00am and the 5K begins at 10:30am. You may register below or at the event beginning at 9:00am.
