| Event Details | Welcome to our first annual Strike Out Cancer fundraising event run through Edison Midtown Softball.Edison Midtown Softball is a non profit 501c3 organization who believes in bringing the community together. Gandhi once said ” Be the change the change you wish to see in the world”. We are firm believers. Edison Midtown softball is 100% volunteer.Coaches volunteering over 10 years showing our young athletes what softball is all about .Alexandra Ewing was one of our outstanding Eagles for many years. Allie was Diagnosed with brain cancer December 2022.We regret to share, Allie passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023.We coordinated Strike out cancer to honor Alexandra and continue to support the Ewing family.Admission is 5 & 10.00Admission gives you access Allie’s ballfied who is constructed with organize play and a pitch off contest .We like to invite all softball pictures from ages 9 to 14 to come to our event end and participate in the pitch off .Somerset patriots sparkee will be attending . Photo ops will be avaliable .Free pizza while supplies last will be avaliable for the children .There will also be face painting, temporary henna thank you and get your stuff, tattoos, special, balloon makings .There will be food and desserts sold at event as well . |
