Saturday, August 16th, from 10am til 4pm Monroe Township Volunteer Fire Company # 1 will host a Blood Drive. This blood drive is in honor of Wallington Volunteer Fire Captain Gregory Barnas, who tragically lost his life battling a restaurant fire on February 28, 2014 and his son, Firefighter John Barnas, who recently lost his battle with cancer. Help save a life and be a hero. One pint of blood can save three people! Monroe Township Volunteer Fire Company #1 Harrison Ave, Monroe Township, New Jersey 08831
We’ll be taking whole blood and red cell donations (http://nybloodcenter.org/donate-blood/become-donor/types-donations/) as well as conducting screenings for the Bone Marrow Program (http://nybloodcenter.org/special-programs/bone-marrow-program/). If you have any questions on whether or not you can donate or for parental/guardian permission forms please refer to this website: |
