And October 17 & 18 is the annual Lighthouse Challenge of New Jersey organized by the Lighthouse Managers Association of NJ. This year’s event is dedicated to the U.S. Coast Guard who have been maintaining all aids to navigation since 1939. Maggie talks with Steve Murray from the Hereford Inlet Lighthouse about what’s in store and the lighthouses taking part in this big event.
