Congratulations! Thanks for listening to Magic 98.3 and participating in our contests. Now, it’s time to pick up your prize! Here are some answers to commonly asked questions listed below.

Normal Prize Pick-up Hours: Monday-Friday 10a – 5pm
How long do I have to pick up my prize? Typically you will have 30 days to pick up a prize such as a gift card or physical item. For tickets to a specific event, you will have up until the end of the last prize pickup day that is closest to the event. Please note that many tickets are now mobile tickets and will be electronically transferred.
Can someone else pick my prize up for me? Yes. But you need to inform the promotions director (Mike.McGinn@bbgi.com) who will be picking up on your behalf. They will also need to a photo ID as well as a copy of your photo ID
Are you able to mail me my prize? Yes, but Magic 98.3 & Beasley Media Group are not responsible for anything lost in the mail.
Where can I park? The parking lot located at 78 Veronica Avenue, Somerset NJ 08873
Do I need to bring anything with me? You must bring a photo ID with you to pick up your prize.
Is my prize ready for pick up? You will receive an email once it is ready for pick up at the email address you provided when you won. If you are not sure or your event is a week or less away please call our front desk at 732-249-2600 and leave a message and someone will return your call.
What if my prize is mobile tickets? In most cases, you will be informed at the time of your win if your tickets are mobile. You will receive an email a couple of weeks out from the event (emails will not be sent until we receive the mobile tickets which are oftentimes right before the show). That email will include a form you need to fill out a return. Tickets will not be transferred until the form is returned. You will have until 5:30 pm the day of the show or the Friday before if it is a weekend.
What If I Don’t Want Mobile Tickets? Unfortunately, many venues have moved to strictly mobile ticketing so we are unable to get physical tickets.
