Wonder will debut three spots across New Jersey this spring. Wayne opens first, then Emerson, with Ocean Township arriving last in April.
The Wayne spot sits at 1627 Route 23 in Passaic County, while Emerson's outpost claims 484 Kinderkamack Road in Bergen County — both launching in March. Ocean Township's restaurant will open its doors at 2105 Route 35 in Monmouth County when April rolls around.
The chain operates close to 100 spots spanning Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Hackettstown got its own location earlier this month.
Wonder brings together menus from chefs like Bobby Flay, José Andrés, and Marcus Samuelsson. Tejas Barbecue and Di Fara Pizza also appear on the lineup. Customers can pull from over 20 restaurants and chefs in one order, with each dish made fresh at the storefront.
Delivery? Check. Pickup? Yes. Dine-in? Available. The business also stocks meal kits and heat-and-eat options for those who want quick solutions at home. Wonder controls sourcing, prep work, kitchen operations, and delivery.
Partner chefs and restaurants work together on every menu item. Each gets their approval. Dishes hit the kitchen only after someone places an order, guaranteeing freshness at every location.
Twenty-six New Jersey towns already have Wonder: Hackettstown, Brick, Cherry Hill, Cresskill, Englishtown, Fort Lee, Green Brook, Hackensack, Hoboken, Jersey City, Ledgewood, Livingston, Marlton, Middletown, Midland Park, Mount Laurel, New Providence, North Brunswick, Parsippany, Randolph, Shrewsbury, Springfield, Teterboro, Toms River, Westfield, and Woodbridge.
