Breeze Airways will launch nonstop flights from Atlantic City International Airport to Charleston, South Carolina, and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.

Breeze Airways will launch nonstop flights from Atlantic City International Airport to Charleston, South Carolina, and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. Service begins in May and June 2026. The airline announced these additions on Jan. 28.
Charleston service kicks off May 6. Planes fly Wednesdays and Saturdays, with one-way fares starting at $49. Raleigh-Durham flights start June 11 on Thursdays and Sundays, with one-way tickets available from $39.
The airline will also provide one-stop, no-change-of-plane flights to Tampa starting June 11. These BreezeThru flights run on Thursdays and Sundays.
According to the Courier Post Online, Stephen Dougherty, executive director of the South Jersey Transportation Authority, said that the announcement "reflects our continued focus on delivering a simple, accessible, and customer-friendly travel experience." His authority runs the airport.
David Neeleman, founder and CEO of the airline, said Atlantic City was not only a great destination but also a gateway to many other metro areas. He added they knew the New Jersey city would be a welcome addition to their guests in Charleston, Raleigh, and Tampa.
These additions are expected to serve people flying for business and pleasure. Dougherty expressed enthusiasm for welcoming the airline to the facility and giving passengers nonstop service to two growing destinations in the Southeast.
Breeze Airways was founded in 2021. It runs more than 300 year-round and seasonal routes to 84 cities in the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. The company is based out of Salt Lake City.
Breeze Airways focuses on underserved markets and offers affordable travel options. Adding these routes diversifies travel options for passengers and positions the South Jersey facility as a convenient entry point for regional and national travel.
These flights will help travelers from southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia region. Both Charleston and Raleigh-Durham have seen growth as destinations for tourism and business travel in recent years.
Tickets are available for booking on the airline's website and app. Breeze flies Boeing 737 aircraft and offers basic economy and upgraded options for passengers.
