A major business gathering hits New Brunswick this Oct. 9th. The 2025 Business Summit runs from noon to 5 p.m. at the Heldrich Hotel & Conference Center. This no-cost event zeros in on growth tactics, tech advances, and work shifts.

Top minds will share their views on building the local economy. The speaker list features Middlesex County Commissioners Director Ronald G. Rios, Commissioner Chanelle Scott McCullum, and Dr. William F. Tate IV from Rutgers University.

Industry pros from five key groups will share their know-how. Teams from SHI, Clio Snacks, Ernst & Young, BINJE, and the County Office of Business Engagement take the stage. They'll break down staff changes, money sources, startup basics, and AI uses in business.

Anyone in the work world can join in. This year's talks center on Thriving Through Change: Business, Innovation, and the Future of Work.

The event fits into the area's big-picture Destination 2040 plan. Started back in 2017, this push aims to pump up commerce and add more work spots across the region.

Though there's no cost to join, you must sign up ahead of time. If you want, you can pitch in to support Feeding Middlesex County, which helps feed local families in need.

The sign-up page stays open on the event site. Want to help with food aid? Check out what Feeding Middlesex County does on their web page.
