A racing-themed bash will mark 7 Brew Coffee's 500th store launch in Toms River, New Jersey. Set for Oct. 12, the pop-up event transforms 1358 Hooper Ave. into a high-speed pit stop from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Staff will swap their usual roles for pit crew positions at the drive-thru stand. Visitors can snag their drinks while watching the brand's quick-service approach that's sparked its nationwide success.

Starting from a single shop, the Arkansas company hit this mark in just seven years. Their swift climb caught the eye of industry watchers. "QSR Magazine" dubbed their rise "one of the most compelling growth stories in America" per SW Times.

The first shop popped up in Rogers, Arkansas, back in 2017. Quick service mixed with a wide drink menu pulled in crowds fast. Their offerings, from cold brews to energy drinks, catch both young sippers and coffee purists.

What's behind their quick rise? Leaders point to sharp service, strong staff support, and a tight bond with their "Brew Crew" fans who keep coming back.

While Toms River hosts the main event, shops across the U.S. will join in. Each spot plans to give away special items on Oct. 12. The brand wants customers to snap photos and tag them online during the big day.

After the racing theme wraps up, this New Jersey spot at 1358 Hooper Ave. marks more than just number 500. It stands as proof of how far they've come and where they're headed next.
