Tori Kelly Hospitalized Following Collapse At Restaurant
Tori Kelly has been hospitalized and is being treated for blood clots. The singer collapsed while out to dinner with friends on Sunday night (July 23) in Los Angeles.
TMZ has reported that Kelly is being treated for blood clots found in both her legs and lungs. She has been “in and out of consciousness during her hospitalization.”
A source revealed to TMZ that Kelly was “out for a while” and that the situation is “really serious.” She is currently being treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
The 30-year-old started her music career when she was discovered on YouTube as a teenager. In 2010, Kelly went on to compete in season 9 of American Idol.
Kelly has released 4 studio albums since 2015 which feature her platinum-certified singles “Hollow” and “Should’ve Been Us.”
In addition to her infectious hits, she has also collaborated with Ed Sheeran, Pharrell, Chris Lane, and more throughout the years.
Tori Kelly is expected to release a brand new EP titled Tori this Friday, July 28th. The track list includes 7 new songs as well as her most recent single “missin u.”
