I love wearing strappy sandals or the kind of sandals that criss cross almost up to the knee. Now I very excited about the new type of sandals that are said to be the next big thing. Miu Miu debuted thong boots at its spring 2023 show during Paris Fashion Week, and Pop Sugar says they might be the next big thing in fashion.

They describe the shoe, saying they fit snugly like a sock boot around the calves and seamlessly transition into a toe-exposing, thong-style sandal with a little heel and zipper up the inside.

The boots are pricey too. They range from $1,220 to $2,050.

Despite their controversial design, the “ugly” shoes have been worn by many celebs like Rita Ora, Gabrielle Union, Emma Corrin, Ziwe, Zaya Wade, and Kendall Jenner.
