Coffee Chain Is Set To Debut In N.J.
The Garden State is set to have a new coffee chain. The Oregon-based coffee chain The Human Bean will open a new location in Dumont, its first New Jersey location.
It will be located at 417 Washington Ave., replacing a former Dunkin’, NJ Advance Media reports.
They have yet to announce an opening date, but the company’s website says that the coffee chain is “coming soon.”
The Human Bean offers espresso, tea, lattes, and hot and iced coffee options. On their site, they sell drinkware, apparel, and at-home coffee solutions such as K-Cups, Nespresso pods, and ground coffee.
The espresso shop was founded in 1998 in Ashland, Oregon. The company’s mission is to “create happy people” via”their love of coffee.” The Human Bean currently has over 300 locations open or under development in 25 states.
In other coffee news, a new Cuban coffee shop called Cortaditos that opened in January at the American Dream Mall.

Besides coffee, the shop also offers sandwiches, empanadas, pastelitos, grab-and-go options, and much more. Even if you’re not a coffee drinker, Cortaditos has hot and iced tea, juices, batidos, and soft drinks to choose from.
The café is on Level 2 of Court A. The American Dream Mall is located at 1 American Dream Wy, East Rutherford, NJ.
