Mini-Fireball Bottles Have No Alcohol?
TOPSHAM, ME - JANUARY 19: Allen's Coffee Flavored Brandy has long been the best selling liquor in Maine but in 2017, Fireball Cinnamon Whisky nips almost matched the sales of the brandy. Last year, the 1.75 liter bottle of Allen's Coffee Flavored Brandy had nearly $5 million in sales compared to the $4.7 million in sales for the Fireball Cinnamon Whisky nips. Tito's vodka came in third in sales at $3.46 million. Photographed at Bootlegger's Beverage Warehouse in Topsham on Friday, January 19, 2018. I love going to the liquor store and buying those cute little bottles of alcohol. They fit nicely in your purse or hiking backpack if you need to get the chill off when you are in the woods on a cold day.
I also buy them around the Holiday season and use them as stocking stuffers. Fireball Cinnamon Whisky happens to be one of my favorite small-bottle favorites.
A woman is taking the Sazerac Company to court over what she claims is misleading packaging. Anna Marquez filed the lawsuit in Illinois after discovering mini bottles of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky don’t in fact contain any whiskey.
The mini, 3.4 oz. bottles of Fireball Cinnamon are sold in stores that aren’t licensed to sell liquor and the labels are “almost identical,” to the alcoholic versions, despite one beverage containing whiskey and one not.
These non-alcoholic versions are sold at local gas stations, big box stores, convenience stores, and supermarkets. The plaintiff is seeking $5 million dollars in compensation for the “controversy.”
The class action is representing anyone who purchased the drink in Illinois, North Dakota, Wyoming, Idaho, Alaska, Iowa, Mississippi, Arkansas, Kansas, Arizona, South Carolina, and Utah.

Yes, the title of this list did in fact make me think of that very viral clip of Emma D’Arcy and Olivia Cooke during their press tour for House of the Dragon. BUT… that’s not why we’re here. We’re here to talk about t-shirts and beer. Two things that have seemingly made the world go round for the last few centuries.
If you’re a beer lover, you know two things to be true: 1) you usually have a favorite beer that will almost always order unless you are pressed to be more spontaneous. And 2) you probably enjoy a good beer-related joke or piece of merchandise. While I can’t virtually give you your favorite beer through the computer screen, I can help with the latter thing. So, I’ve found a ton of fun beer t-shirts that I think you will absolutely enjoy owning and wearing. Check it out below!
